meeting and introduces keynote speaker, Grant Teaff, former Baylor University Football Coach.
When Teaff came to the podium amidst a round of hearty applause, he exclaimed that Sulphur Springs was the only school district that he would be addressing this year, as his full schedule would only allow the one engagement. He stated," I can't think of any other place more important to be than speaking to a group of educators who are ready to educate the young people of this world!"

Legendary football coach, administrator, motivational speaker, and author, Grant Teaff, made his

amidst a warm welcome.
Teaff announced his newly published 5th book, "Grant Teaff With Master Coaches," and gave an autographed copy to Bolton, in appreciation for her invitation to speak to the group. "All great coaches are great teachers, and all great teachers are great coaches," expressed Teaff. "And, I don't mean football coaches, either.......any teacher worth their 'salt', is one of the best coaches in the world, as they shape and mold students to learn!"

Among those interested in Teaff's address on Monday morning, were SSISD School Board members,
Foy Williams, Jack Chubb, and Carolyn Thomas, and SSISD administrator Judy Tipping.
Following Teaff's address a drawing was held among the educators for additional copies of his new book, and State Representative Mark Homer, a longtime friend of Texas education and educators, made a return visit to address the local teachers and administrators.
