Whitney Roland, escorted by her father, and daughter of Paul and Robbie Steiber, smiles proudly after
being named 2005 SSHS Homecoming Queen in pre-game activities, Friday night.

Before an almost "packed" home crowd, Whitney Roland, the 17 year old daughter of Paul and Robbie Steiber and a senior at Sulphur Springs High School, was named 2005 SSHS Homecoming Queen. Roland was selected by popular vote of the entire student body and announced before the Wildcat vs. Dallas W.T. White game. Selected as Homecoming Princesses were Colbie Cross, daughter of Johnny and Diana Cross, and Bridgette Nash, daughter of Damon and Kim Nash.
